Practice Solutions Consultant
$60,000 base + $95,000 incentive = $155,000 OTE
St. Pete FL | Monday–Friday

We’ve partnered with a fast-growing healthcare technology organization transforming how medical and dental practices manage patient payments. This is a high-activity, relationship-driven field sales role with significant earning potential.

• Prospect in-person and virtually to medical and dental practices
• Build relationships with office managers & doctors
• Educate practices on patient payment challenges & digital solutions
• Leverage CRM and data tools to manage a high-volume pipeline
• Partner with local dental associations, business groups & chambers
• Drive fast-moving sales cycles with a consultative approach
• Own your territory and execute structured weekly sales plans

• 2+ years of territory or field sales experience
• Proven success in high-volume, transactional sales
• Experience with short sales cycles (same-day close ideal)
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-through
• Ability to sell both in-person and virtually
• Payments, merchant services, or life insurance experience a plus
