$50,000 Base + Uncapped Monthly Commission

I'm working with a growing SaaS company that provides digital payment solutions and is expanding its sales team in St. Petersburg. They're looking for a Sales Development Representative to support the sales organization by identifying prospects, starting conversations, and setting qualified appointments.

This is a solid opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, working toward clear goals, and building a foundation in sales, with a clear, performance-based path into an Account Executive role over time.

• Make outbound calls to prospective accounts using an established database
• Introduce solutions, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Use CRM and sales tools to manage outreach and follow-ups
• Share marketing and educational materials with prospects
• Track activity and appointment metrics to stay organized and consistent

• 1+ year of experience in sales, prospecting, or a phone-based role
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable with daily outreach goals
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

• $50,000 base salary
