Job Description:

we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our team at Hello Floors. The Ideal candidate will be passionate about home improvement, have strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close sales. You will assist clients with selecting flooring and remodeling solutions, provide quotes, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

-assist retail clients in selecting flooring and remodeling materials in the showroom

-manage wholesale accounts and build relationships with contractors, designers, and developers

-generate quotes, process sales orders, and follow up with clients

-stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions

-collaborate with installers and project managers to ensure smooth job execution

-reach monthly sales goals and maintain CRM records of leads and clients interactions

-attend industry events, site visits, or trade shows when necessary

-greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom

Qualifications:

-sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)

-strong communication and follow-up skills

-Coachable, Self-motivated, and eager to learn

Pay: commission only starting at 10% increases through time and experience
