Coke Florida is looking for a Sales Merchandiser (SM) for the Clearwater/Largo area, working 5:00 AM to finish, five days a week with weekend work required.

What You Will Do
  • Stock, replenish, and merchandise products while providing excellent customer service across all designated accounts.
  • Maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
  • Track inventory levels, place accurate orders, and adjust orders based on calendar and sales data.
  • Handle back‑stock inventory and trade breakage, ensuring no product is out of stock.
  • Communicate daily with customers, resolve issues, and follow up as needed.
  • Keep equipment, sales floor, and shelves clean; transport and replace point‑of‑sale advertising.
  • Maintain punctual attendance, work overtime as assigned, and meet all company policies and safety requirements.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Valid vehicle liability insurance and clean driving record.
  • Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to operate a powered pallet jack or lift product.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lb items, work 8–10 hour shifts, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to read small, medium, and large print; use mobile and computer applications.
Additional Qualifications
  • Associate degree or 1–2 years college; university degree preferred.
  • 1+ year experience in sales or merchandising.
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, and organization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
