Job Title & Compensation
Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate rly wage $15.00 to $18.00 per hour with commission that can add up to 8% on transactions (average $1.00 per hour on top of base rate).

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to provide customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business by greeting, engaging, and interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions.
Responsibilities- Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
- Makes the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchandise.
- Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Answers incoming calls per company standards.
- Communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers.
- Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Successfully completes assigned training.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- Willing and able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting).
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification if required.
- May be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve items from external storage.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team‑oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient basic math calculations.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work in multiple locations and on flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2‑8 % commission based on gross profit of personal performance. Details are provided during the interview process.
Additional InformationPay rates will not be below any applicable local minimum wage. Employees must agree to a binding arbitration agreement. Earned Wage Access is a Net Spend service; signup is required. First Cash 401(k) program is available to employees 21 years and older. Maximum base pay rate is derived from applicant’s previous experience and skill sets.
