Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) – Part-time

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, locate merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through using best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service is worked back to the salesfloor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-up, maintaining compliance with laws where applicable.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Handle all other duties based on business needs.

• Thrive in a fast-moving, active environment with teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Effective communication skills; able to use handheld scanners and store technology.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Physical ability to climb ladders; lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; frequently lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule; reliable attendance; comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
