In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable; offers alternative product options; ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues and concerns; promotes the company’s products and services.
• Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; follows procedures for handling merchandise; reports unsafe situations to facility management.
• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assists with purchasing decisions; processes member purchases; assists with payments according to company policies; uses cash registers; locates and organizes merchandise; zones designated areas; resolves member issues; promotes products and services; maintains availability of carts/flatbeds; assists with transporting items; retrieves carts per policy; maintains parking lot cleanliness.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; supports Open Door Policy in daily operations.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers and coworkers; prioritizes tasks; communicates progress; seeks improvements and adapts to changes.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances.
