GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T1131) role rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified and move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute pricing changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about total store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws and policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; safely handle and move merchandise, up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance necessary.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; some roles involve drive-up or carryout duties.
• Must be able to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
