Colony Grill, voted a Top Workplace and Top Pizza nationally, is seeking an energetic and personable Host to welcome and seat guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from entry to exit. In addition to restaurant duties, the role offers the chance to join the regular stadium staff for Tampa Bay Rowdies and Rays games.

• Greet incoming guests with exceptional hospitality and seat them efficiently.
• Manage the flow of guests into dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times.
• Maintain waiting areas and communicate consistently with waiting guests.
• Assign guests to suitable tables based on rotation and flow.
• Engage guests and hand them off smoothly to service staff.
• Assist with restaurant set‑up and keep the host stand clean, organized and presentable.

• Staff the high‑volume take‑out section as scheduled.
• Answer phones and record orders accurately while providing gracious service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently for take‑out payments.

• Greet visitors with welcoming hospitality.
• Fill food and beverage orders accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Collect cashless payments for purchased items.

• Confident, clear communication; gracious, professional demeanor.
• Friendly, customer‑focused personality.
• Ability to articulate clear greetings and farewells, and to understand guest requests.
• Ability to communicate guests’ needs to servers, bussers, managers, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone.
• Can lift 10–30 lbs. transport trays, service items, or supplies.
• All employees scheduled for stadium concessions must be at least 18 years of age.
