Join the team at Frankie’s Pizza Parlor on the stunning white-sand shores of St. Pete Beach. We’re now hiring Bartenders for both AM and PM shifts. We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable bartender to provide outstanding service to our guests.
Responsibilities- Maintain proper and adequate bar set-up daily; requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet.
- Maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
- Greet guests courteously and friendly, promote and document orders for drinks; mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and prudent portion control.
- Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
- Input orders into a register at point of sale and create a check for each guest, including those served by other beverage servers, to maintain accountability of all beverages served.
- Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed to balance all moneys.
- Lock up and store all beverage, food, and other equipment items; deposit cash drops and secure bank.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self‑starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Communicate well with guests. Be willing to “pitch‑in” and help co‑workers with their duties, and be a team player. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages. Basic mathematical skills necessary for operating a cash register, making change, totaling guest checks, counting bank totals, preparing cash drops, totaling other charges, and understanding portion sizes.
Sufficient manual dexterity to use a knife for garnish, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice, mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve stock. Ability to remember, recite, and promote variety of menu items. Ability to operate keyboard and point‑of‑sale procedures to pre‑check an order and close out a check. Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons. Alcohol training required. 1‑2 years experience.
