Originally opened in 1949, Beachcomber provides a beachfront experience with 200 feet of private shoreline. Rooms open to a lush courtyard featuring tropical gardens, pools, and shaded spots to relax. You are always steps from the beach and within earshot of live music from our legendary beach bar, Jimmy B’s.

Candidates must complete the required assessment sent after submitting their application in order to be considered for this position.

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and upbeat service in a high-volume environment
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Make knowledgeable recommendations and upsell when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized section and follow all service standards
• Work closely with bartenders, runners, and managers to keep the vibe flowing
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Create memorable guest experiences — rain or shine

• Two years of server experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar setting
• Food Handler Certification, or the ability to obtain it
• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (such as TIPS or SERV Safe)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality and delivering legendary service
