As a Food Service Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations for a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates, handle client relations, and ensure that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

• Operate the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with maximum value for the dollars spent.
• Ensure that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees is of superior quality.
• Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, the client, and other departments within the operation.

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience required.
• Comprehensive food and wine knowledge; applicant should be well versed in food and wine pairings.
• Experience in operations management with purchasing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office products.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.
