Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in St. Petersburg, FL. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, build client relationships, and foster trust and transparency throughout the home-buying or selling process.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License.
• Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales to effectively manage client relationships and close deals.
