Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is hiring an experienced Assistant Community Manager with LIHTC compliance expertise
. The Assistant Manager will support daily property operations, oversee rent collection, manage resident relations, and ensure affordable housing compliance.

• Collect, post, and process rent payments in Yardi.
• Manage delinquent accounts, evictions, and move-outs.
• Conduct annual and interim LIHTC income certifications.
• Maintain compliance files and support audits/inspections.
• Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention programs.
• Support Community Manager with reporting and daily operations.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in property management.
• LIHTC compliance experience required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and affordable housing guidelines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Yardi experience preferred.
