Location: 1255 Pasadena Ave S, Ste C, St. Petersburg, FL 33707 (We’re the two-story mirrored building right off the parking lot—please don’t head back to the two tall towers!)

Responsibilities include:
- Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
- Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Medication administration
- Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies
- Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
- Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
- Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment.
- Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care.
- Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident.
- According to state‑specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response.
- In accordance with state‑specific regulations, directs and supervises caregiven by other nursing personnel in selected situations.
- Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of equipment set‑up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.
- Maintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident/ personnel information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
