Pay Range: $38 - $42/hour + Mileage Reimbursement. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities- This position focuses on supporting members across South Florida with weekday hours.
- Responsibilities include monthly and annual outreach to parents, face-to-face or virtual visits, care coordination with DME/providers, managing escalations, and completing regulatory documentation (ECC notes).

- Requires ASN, active RN license, 2+ years pediatric experience, field visits, and strong computer skills.
