Director, Field Marketing; Fast Food Operation

We are seeking a Director of Field Marketing to lead and scale local store marketing efforts across a portfolio of restaurant brands. This role is responsible for developing, standardizing, and overseeing grassroots marketing programs that drive local awareness, trial, and loyalty in each market.

This is a strategic enablement role—you will not execute local events yourself. Instead, you will create the frameworks, playbooks, budgets, and tools that empower District Managers and field leaders to execute effective local marketing programs consistently and efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in QSR or multi-unit retail marketing, with a passion for community engagement and operationally sound marketing systems.

Qualifications

Required

• 4–6 years of experience in local store marketing, field marketing, or community engagement within QSR, fast-casual, or multi-unit retail
• Proven ability to build scalable processes, documentation, and playbooks across multiple locations
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring program performance
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communicator able to translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance for field teams
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%

Preferred

• Experience supporting multiple brands or concepts simultaneously
• Familiarity with franchise, licensee, or multi-state operations
• Background in grassroots, experiential, or community-based marketing
