Overview

Industrial automation has a dumb problem: a robot cell worth $5M gets delayed for months because of cables. Lead times are broken. We’re fixing that.

I’m building Brenom Supply - a fast-turn supplier of standardized, compliant cable kits for US integrators.

We already have:

• $200k in inventory capital
• Manufacturing in China and Mexico
• A real 14-day supply chain to the US

What I don’t have is an engineer. That’s the gap.

This is not a sales-only role and not a theory role.

• Define standard cable kits that large customers will accept
• Review drawings, pinouts, specs, and compliance before anything ships
• Approve samples and first production runs
• Translate integrator requests into clear instructions for factories
• Work with 2–3 early customers to validate the model

If something is wired wrong, you catch it.

If it’s right, we scale.

• You understand industrial cables and automation basics
• M12 connectors, pinouts, shielding
• UL, NFPA 79, basic compliance logic
• You’ve worked at or with companies like Lapp, Turck, Igus, Phoenix Contact, or similar
• You’re tired of slow approvals, politics, and endless meetings
• You want to build something real, not manage slides

You don’t need to be a genius. You need to be practical and accountable.

• Equity + commission
• No fixed salary at the start
• 20% equity path tied to revenue milestones
• 25% commission on gross margin from deals you help close
• Capital goes into inventory and operations, not overhead
