We seek a detail-oriented and motivated Golf Cart Assembler to join our team in Florida. This role is essential to the efficient production and assembly of golf carts, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. The Golf Cart Assembler will work under the direction of the Management Assembly Foreman Lead, to assemble, inspect, and test golf carts according to company specifications and safety guidelines.

• Assemble golf carts and related components following established processes and specifications.
• Install electrical systems, mechanical components, and cosmetic finishes as required.
• Perform quality checks during and after assembly to ensure carts meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and report any potential safety hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly tasks and completed units.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience in mechanical assembly or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in assembly processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Indoor production facility with exposure to moderate noise levels.
• Regular use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Standing and lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
