JOBSUMMARY
The Retail Store Manager of Sunnyside
* is responsible for day‑to‑day team leadership and delivering a profitable business which supports Cresco Labs’ mission to normalize, professionalize and revolutionize the cannabis industry. You will ensure the dispensary achieves or exceeds all key metrics and goals across all aspects of the dispensary including customer acquisition and loyalty, merchandising, operations, and talent development. This role will serve as the link between the Sunnyside
* brand vision of providing access to consistent high‑quality cannabis and cannabis knowledge and the operations of the store.

- Experience leading and motivating a team of hourly and salary employees; skills include recruiting, onboarding, training, managing employee relations and coaching.
- The opportunity to build on retail business fundamentals to include effective scheduling, payroll, financial management, identifying sales trends, and business writing & reporting.
- Skills in conflict resolution, strategic thinking, decision making and complex problem solving.
- Skills in interviewing, talent selection and performance management of hourly and salary team members.

- Build and sustain a high‑performing team through employee selection, onboarding, coaching and clear accountability for results.
- Conduct at least monthly 1:1 quality conversations with each assistant manager and quarterly 1:1s with each store employee.
- Assess team performance, skill gaps, and career aspirations of employees; solicit or provide resources, trainings or procedures to support team needs.
