Description

Carteret Management is seeking to fill a FULLTIME HOUSEKEEPER/PORTER role at an apartment community conveniently located in downtown Saint Petersburg. This position offers fulltime hourly employment at a competitive salary with a strong benefit package including:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas.

* Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.

* Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Ability to perform general custodial duties.

* Ability to handle multiple priorities.

* Ability to operate machinery and equipment necessary to perform the porter's duties including: backpack vacuum, pressure washer, hand blower, etc.

* Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents).
