Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Maintain buildings and equipment by providing general repairs that do not require specialized training.

Full Time 40hr/wk

$18 - $22 / hr

Facilities Manager

• Equipment repair:
  Fixing machinery, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Maintain all equipment with preventative maintenance and basic repair
• Ensuring that buildings and mechanical systems meet health and safety standards
• Maintain all building accessibility and appearance with tasks including, but not limited to:
• Basic and deep cleaning
• Picking up litter
• Landscaping
• Painting
• Pressure cleaning
• Changing / installing light bulbs
• Banquet setup to include, but not limited to
• Moving furniture between floors and buildings
• Setting up pipe & drape, dance floor, staging, screens, etc.
• Understanding how to read floor plans and set to spec
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Documenting work orders with service detail

• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and other systems
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Leadership experience a plus

Able to attend weekly meetings to share and improve quality/processes. Looking for innovative ways to improve processes that help support the overall objectives of the company.
