Joy of Cleaning Florida: We are a locally owned and operated cleaning company based in St. Petersburg, FL. We’ve been serving this community since 2016. Our team collectively views our service as more than scrubbing floors and cleaning toilets; relationships are a core value for us. Our customers tell us they appreciate always having the same person or team clean their home, so they get to know one another over time.

This is not a pencil and paper cleaning business. We are using technology and systems to provide the best and most streamlined experience for our customers, and the most efficient and organized internal work atmosphere for our team members so they can focus on what they do best. We are currently in a growth phase and looking for team members who want to be part of building something truly special.

We currently service Pinellas County south of Largo and Tampa proper and would love to grow our team in these areas!

Details about the job:

• Full time Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm (with optional opportunities for weekend work if desired)
• Service area:
  Pinellas County and Tampa
• In-person cleaning work (primarily residential, some offices + commercial locations)
• Products are company-provided
• Daily jobs, instructions/details, directions and schedule accessed via company app
• 10 days of paid training (hourly)

Must Have:

• Valid Driver s License
• Must own vehicle w/insurance - reliable transportation required for travel to job sites
• Must own a smartphone - you will need daily access to company app for job information as well as Whats App which is used for internal communication
• Speak English
• Be capable/willing to work alone
• Physical capability to bend, kneel, push, lift 20 pounds
• Pass criminal background check
