LOCATION: Saint Petersburg, Florida.
EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited law school with excellent academic standing; law review, journal, or significant law school writing and editing experience preferred.
Responsibilities- Assist a judge in the analysis of cases and motions, and the drafting of orders and published opinions. The position requires an attorney with excellent research, writing, and editing skills who will prepare in-depth analyses of various legal issues and present ideas orally and in writing to the court's judges.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills; ability to present ideas clearly both orally and in writing.
- Time management skills and the ability to work effectively with others; maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle matters in an honest and impartial manner.
