Overview
We are a small but fast-growing insurance defense firm that handles premises liability and construction defect claims. We are ideally looking for an attorney with at least two (2) years of practical experience working in civil defense - preferably in general liability.
Responsibilities- Handle premises liability and construction defect claims in a civil defense capacity.
- Be proactive in defending cases to achieve better results.
- Engage in litigation with a focus on professional growth and career advancement.
- At least two (2) years of practical experience working in civil defense, preferably in general liability.
- Demonstrated passion, motivation, and conscientiousness about their work.
- Enjoys litigation and strives to become a better attorney.
The salary will be based on the attorney's practical experience and skill level, but will range from $130,000 to $200,000, including a favorable bonus structure.
