The role involves negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide, owning challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad, and managing litigation.

- Support Epic’s growth and market expansion
- Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements
- Own projects including vendor and industry collaborations
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks
- Manage litigation
- Strong academic and professional background
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
- Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
- Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
