• Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role
• Knowledge of different types of insurance policies and coverage options
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for insurance applications
• Familiarity with benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is a plus
