This is an onsite position in St. Petersburg

• Provide DT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment.
• Understand Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods.
• Work as a team member in a fast-paced technological environment. Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve problems of moderate to high scope and complexity, including hardware and OS integration.
• Understand data RAID, data backup uses and technologies. Install and configure software applications requested by end users.
• Work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements.
• Provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures and other tasks as assigned.
• Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) within 6 months of start date.
• Systems are operational 24x7 and may require work beyond standard hours.
• Full time 100% onsite position.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
• Proven experience identifying, installing, and troubleshooting Linux Red Hat OS systems, including clients, physical servers and virtual machines.
• Theoretical experience with one of the following security frameworks: NIST 800-53, 800-171, CMMC, NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF
• Must be able to obtain DoDD 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) within 6 months of start date.

• DoDD 8140 / 8570 Certification and an Operating System Certification.
• Clear verbal & written skills for explaining tech to non-tech users.
• Experience with administration of Active Directory (basic user account management including creating accounts and resetting passwords).
• Experience with documenting technical problems and their solutions.
• Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF security frameworks
• Experience using VMWare vCenter and/or other virtual computing methods.
