Senior Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Analyst

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Analyst based in St. Petersburg, FL. The Analyst will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Dynamics 365 platform to support organizational needs. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, managing integrations, and providing technical support to optimize system performance. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop solutions, and maintain system documentation.

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and administration.
• Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and migration processes.
• Knowledge of process analysis, workflow automation, and business requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in technical areas such as customization using Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, and related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and support end-users effectively.
