IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
About The Position

In this role, you’ll help manage and evolve our enterprise application landscape, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Financials and supporting knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM). You’ll lead end-to-end application scoping, planning, design, implementation, and post-implementation support for critical enterprise systems and reporting platforms, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite.

- Assist the technology team in supporting our ERP platforms, with a primary focus on Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and working knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM (PO, Inventory, BOM, WIP, OM).
- Support and enhance integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and other enterprise systems.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
- Partner with our Program Managers to successfully implement strategic initiatives while leading continuous system improvements to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with a team of onsite and offsite developers operating in an agile manner.
- Coordinate with IT operations to enable technology services to be delivered in a reliable, scalable, and secure manner.
- Provide mentoring and hands-on technical support as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, information technology, or a related field is required.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials is required (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM (Procurement, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Order Management) is required or strongly preferred.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and/or SCM is a plus.
- Experience with BI systems:
Hyperion and OBIEE are required;
Thought Spot is a plus. - Knowledge of relational database systems with strong programming skills in SQL/PLSQL is required.
- Understanding of information management, data modeling, system integration, development methodologies, and web technologies (REST, WSDL, Node.js, Apache, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud-based integrations and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud or similar platforms) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
- Must be self-motivated with strong analytical skills and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision.
