Configures, installs, maintains and upgrades computer systems hardware and software. Administers and maintains security of operating systems. Restores files or systems by designing, writing and implementing back-up procedures. Provides operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment such as application servers, database servers, web servers, desktops, printers and storage devices. Performs recovery procedures, scheduling and back-ups and monitors batch processes.

• Maintains and supports the integrity of the operating system environment and various computer systems.
• Performs systems maintenance tasks, such as system back-up, recovery, and file maintenance to promote uptime and efficient performance.
• Acquires, installs, and tests system software upgrades and computer components.
• Configures software and resolves technical problems.
• Maintains documentation of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures.

• Performs user management along with end-user support needs from Service Requests.

• Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Information Technology or other technical degree preferred.

Employees will receive 11 paid holidays and 120 hours of PTO annually and up to 3 weeks paid family leave.
