. We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services and Stibo Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, capable of designing, building, and optimizing modern data pipelines and platforms.

• Design, build, and maintain integrations and data pipelines supporting Stibo MDM processes, including master data ingestion, harmonization, and syndication.
• Configure and support Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, data quality validations, and product/domain data models.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reliability through best practices in monitoring, validation, version control, and metadata management.
• Collaborate with analytics, reporting, and business teams to ensure data structures and pipelines support accurate, consistent, and accessible insights.
• Document data architectures, pipelines, and processes, and provide knowledge transfer to engineering and analytics teams.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a data‑focused engineering role with hands‑on experience with Stibo STEP or Stibo MDM implementations, including workflows, data models, and integration architecture.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.)

• Understanding of MDM concepts such as hierarchy management, golden records, survivorship rules, and data quality processes.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory.
• SQL Server skills.
• Strong understanding of data modeling (dimensional and relational), data warehousing concepts, and schema design.
• Knowledge of data security, access control, and governance within Azure environments.
• Experience with product, customer, or supplier master data domains in an enterprise context.
• Experience integrating Stibo MDM with ERP, eCommerce, or PIM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Azure integration layers).
• Ability to automate data workflows using Python, PySpark, or Power Shell.

This role will require three days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Tampa, FL or Nashville, TN.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
