• Coordinate with network engineering, business application, and other teams to implement desktop and server systems that utilize industry best practices to meet corporate objectives.
• Deploy workstations, printers, all‑in‑one devices.
• Manage all operating systems and end‑user software.
• Maintain a secure and compliant data environment for enterprise computers.
• Support and administer existing mobile devices including iPads, iPhones, Android devices, Macs, and PCs.
• Ensure all endpoints are properly updated, maintained, and patched in collaboration with security, governance, and QA teams.
• Participate in project work including integrations and other initiatives.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Research innovative technology and its integration into Lennar applications and systems.
• Provide analytical and problem‑solving support to resolve system issues.
• Collaborate with vendors to support innovative technology solutions.
• Manage activation, termination, and suspension of new mobile voice and data accounts with carriers (AT&T, Verizon & T‑Mobile).
• Handle international voice and data plans for associates traveling abroad.
• Administer Enterprise Mobility Management systems, including enrollment and management of mobile devices.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience/certifications.
• Five or more years of relevant work experience in mobility, macOS & iOS, PC, tablet systems/solutions.
• Extensive experience with macOS and Apple iOS.
• Extensive experience planning, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft Office 365 solutions.
• Extensive experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience administering enterprise mobility management systems (Air Watch or JAMF Pro, Intune) is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise‑level mobility and account administration with major carriers (AT&T, Verizon & T‑Mobile).
