Customer Ambassador; Part Time

We are hiring immediately for a part time CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR position.

Part time schedule. Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Tuesday through Thursday, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Further details upon interview.

• Previous customer service and marketing experience preferred.

$13.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour.

Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, touching tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs.

• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensures that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Work closely with colleagues to execute engagement strategies that drive guest interaction, while maintaining an energetic and welcoming demeanor.
• Cultivate meaningful partnerships with peers, faculty, staff, and local organizations to promote inclusion and create a welcoming campus environment.

Because this position requires you to perform services in an educational facility, there may be periods when the Company does not require you to perform work (such as winter and summer breaks when food service needs decline or cease). However, depending on business needs, you may be required to work year-round, potentially at a different location during break periods. Business needs may vary from year to year.
