The Food & Beverage Manager reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director and plays a key role in executing daily operations, developing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high‑volume, entertainment‑driven environment.

As we gear up for the upcoming season, this role will also support the continued growth of events, activations, and special programming at Jimmy B's.

• Execute daily food & beverage operations in alignment with direction from the Food & Beverage Director
• Lead front‑of‑house bar operations with a strong focus on Therapeutic and guest engagement
• Support high‑volume service periods, maintaining speed, quality, and consistency
• Assist in the planning, execution, and on‑site leadership of events, live entertainment, promotions, and activations
• Partner with leadership as we expand event offerings and increase seasonal bookings
• Coach and develop bartenders, servers, and support staff, reinforcing service and safety standards
• Collaborate with the F & B Director on staffing, scheduling, labor management, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain a strong floor presence—leading by example and escalating issues appropriately
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture aligned with Pyramid values and Jimmy B’s brand

• 3–5 years of food & beverage management experience
• Proven success in a high‑volume bar or nightlife environment
• Heavy bar operations experience required
• Experience supporting or executing events, promotions, or venue activations
• Ability to make quick decisions in high‑stress situations
• Strong communication, follow‑through, and team leadership skills
• Ability to take direction, prioritize effectively, and adapt during peak and seasonal volume
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
