Position Title: Suites Supervisor

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00

Requisition : 1488618

Ensures that suites are set‑up prior to guest arrival and that established food presentation and quantities are met.

• Oversees Suites food and beverage operations, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• Ensures all suites in designated area are properly set before guests arrive.
• Works closely with suite attendants and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and set food quantities are met.
• Develops a positive rapport with guests.
• Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours.
