The Pointe is dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the facility. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks, and ensuring that all areas are properly sanitized and well-presented to enhance the comfort and satisfaction of guests and residents.

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including but not limited to guest rooms, restrooms, common areas, and hallways.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and wipe down surfaces to maintain a tidy environment.
• Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries as necessary.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with disposal guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and notify management when supplies are low.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries professionally.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina; able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
