About Our Property
Originally opened in 1949, the Beachcomber’s name captures the essence of the property. It’s all about the beach. Put your toes in the sand and soak in the sun on 200 feet of private beachfront. The property features a lush courtyard with tropical gardens, pools, and shaded relaxation spots. You’re always close to the beach and within earshot of live music from Jimmy B’s, the beach bar.
After submitting your application, you will receive an invitation to complete a brief assessment. Completion of this assessment is required in order to be considered for the position.
What You’ll Do- Greet guests with a positive, professional, and welcoming attitude
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest requests
- Provide information about the resort, amenities, and local attractions
- Accurately process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Respond to guest concerns with care and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, and leadership teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

- Previous customer service or hospitality experience in a resort setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Basic computer skills, hotel system experience preferred (Maestro experience a plus, not required)
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
