Join our dynamic team as a Rooms Controller and be at the heart of delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Rooms Controller, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and optimizing room assignments, ensuring smooth operations, and maximizing guest satisfaction. With your high energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional organizational skills, you'll be responsible for managing room inventory, coordinating with housekeeping and front desk teams, and ensuring accurate room statuses in our property management system.
Your ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the smooth functioning of our hotel and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. - Prior cash handling experience necessary
- Previous experience in a rooms management or front office role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with hotel operations and room inventory management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
