Welcome to St. Pete Athletic.

We’re not just launching a club—we’re building a community, a standard, and a vibe. Think urban country club. St. Pete Athletic is where sport, hospitality, and social energy collide. With 14 pickleball courts, 2 padel courts, dedicated table tennis spaces, a full-service restaurant and bar, and amenities ranging from coworking to wellness to a garden oasis—it’s a place to play, connect, and belong.

But our real secret? Hospitality. The kind you feel, not just see. We believe in creating moments that surprise and delight. And we’re looking for Club Attendants who live and breathe that philosophy.

The Opportunity

As a Club Attendant, you are the quiet force that keeps the club running seamlessly. You’ll ensure every space—from restrooms and locker rooms to courts, dining areas, and event venues—is pristine, stocked, and welcoming. With an eye for detail, proactive support for teammates, and warm guest interactions, you’ll provide the invisible backbone of hospitality that allows members and guests to enjoy effortless luxury.

This is a role for someone with pride in presentation, adaptability across multiple spaces, and a hospitality mindset—even in the smallest details.

Key Responsibilities
Facility Cleanliness & Readiness
  • Maintain restrooms, locker rooms, courts, dining areas, and all guest-facing spaces in spotless condition.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure sanitation, restocking, pleasant aroma, and luxury-level presentation.
  • Patrol dining, lounge, and outdoor areas during peak hours to remove debris, wipe spills, straighten chairs, and reset spaces.
  • Stage and maintain bulk items such as water pitchers, towel baskets, and sanitizer stations for smooth service flow.
  • Uphold the “spotless standard” in both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes areas.
Service Support
  • Serve as the club’s expert in facility maintenance and cleaning.
  • Restock service stations with linens, flatware, glassware, condiments, and to-go amenities.
  • Polish silverware and glassware, keeping service items organized and guest-ready.
  • Deliver and clear dishes, beverages, and trays quickly and unobtrusively.
  • Assist with table maintenance, ensuring polished resets.
  • Sweep courts and maintain courtside cleanliness at the highest standard.
Guest Interaction
  • Provide warm, approachable service when engaging with guests—offering smiles, towels, water refills, or directions.
  • Anticipate guest needs by addressing requests before they’re voiced, such as umbrellas, napkins, or locker-room supplies.
  • Alert servers or management immediately when observing guest concerns or maintenance issues.
  • Embody the club’s refined hospitality style through polished uniform, grooming, and approachable posture.
Team Collaboration
  • Partner seamlessly with FOH, BOH, and facilities teams to deliver unified luxury service.
  • Anticipate teammates’ needs during high-volume service, offering proactive assistance.
  • Engage respectfully and professionally with all colleagues to support the shared standard of excellence.
Standards & Safety
  • Follow all sanitation, HACCP, and OSHA guidelines, reporting hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
  • Complete pre-shift and post-shift side work accurately and on time.
  • Arrive punctually in proper uniform with polished non-slip shoes and a well-groomed appearance.
  • Stay calm, courteous, and solution-focused during high-volume service or urgent situations.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, carry up to 30 lbs, and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
Who You Are
  • You take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces that make guests feel cared for.
  • You’re detail-oriented, observant, and proactive in addressing needs before they’re voiced.
  • You’re approachable and guest-focused, even in behind-the-scenes roles.
  • You’re reliable, consistent, and thrive in a team environment.
  • You understand that true hospitality often shows up in the small details.
