Hotel Kitchen Manager & Culinary Administrator

Job Type: Full-time

Moxy St Petersburg, a boutique hotel, is seeking experienced Crew Members and a skilled Cook for its Downtown location. This role offers a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment where you will be the first, middle, and last impression of our guests.

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails throughout the day.
• Assist in dinner prep and food service.
• Collaborate with all departments to maintain positive guest experiences.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including recipe development, menu planning, and staff supervision.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and labor budgeting.
• Perform safety inspections, inventory management, and reporting.

• Associate’s degree in Food & Beverage or related field; or equivalent education and 4 years progressive experience.
• High volume food production experience in catering or hotels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices preferred.
• Birchstreet knowledge preferred.

Salary: $43,000

Working Conditions:

Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, and stand. Occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs. Noise level moderate to high. Legal requirements for employment in jurisdiction must be satisfied.
