Work Hours: Full Time / Night Shift, weekend rotations required
Work Location: Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, St. Petersburg, FL - Blood Bank
Position Summary- Supports laboratory operations by performing routine tasks and assists with various laboratory procedures. Ensures the smooth functioning of the lab and contributes to the accurate and timely completion of experiments and tests.
- Maintains laboratory equipment, prepares specimens, and documents results.
- Facilitates the exchange of information between customers, patients, families, healthcare teams, other departments, vendors, billing, or outside agencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (Required)
- Associate's Degree in a scientific discipline or a related field (Preferred)
- 0 to 2 years of experience in laboratory setting
- Authorization to Work in the United States:

Minimum 17.11/hour - Maximum 27.37/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
