Position: Sonographer (69594)

Responsibilities
  • Performs nuchal translucency scans per established standards and guidelines.
  • Completes fetal surveys.
  • Performs hysterosonograms, as well as 3D-4D scans.
  • Evaluates the images for their quality and interprets the findings.
  • Documents/updates information in the patient’s electronic medical record.
  • Represents the clinic in a professional manner, treating all customers in a courteous and cooperative manner.
  • Attends required meetings and participates in team activities and professional development.
  • Demonstrates and embodies Women’s Care’s mission and core values.
  • Complies with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid OB/GYN ARDMS certification.
  • Valid Nuchal Translucency certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent OBGYN experience.
  • Experience with 3D-4D scans.
  • Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a stressful, deadline‑oriented environment.
  • Ability to communicate with coworkers, providers, and patients courteously and effectively.
  • Ability to use a computer and enter data in an electronic medical record system, eCW a plus.
  • Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
