Bay Care is currently in search of our newest Clinical Coordinator MA who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. - Oversee daily clinical operations.
- Assist Site Manager and physicians with the successful operations of the clinical staff, procedures and treatment
- Support the physician s office health care team
- Answer phones
- Screen patient s chart prior to appointment
- Interview patients and prepare them for examinations and other procedures
- Assist the physician during the exam
- Administer injections
- Perform any necessary lab work or testing
- Follow up on test orders and reports results to the physician and patient
- Provides patient education
- Maintain medical equipment and take inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Required Certification or Licensure includes RMA (Registered Medical Assistant, CMA (Medical Assistant), EMT or NREMT (Nationally Recognized Emergency Medical Technician), or Paramedic
- Required High School or Equivalent
- Required 3 years Medical Assistant experience
