• Must successfully complete and be current in the following licenses / training: (These licenses / training are the responsibility of the employee and submitting once a year a copy of training is required for employment).
• Must be aware and understand the needs of the elderly.
• Must be able to recognize unusual behavior and changes in physical condition of residents and report those observances to the Health and Wellness Coordinator.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with all policies and procedures of the facility.

• Infection Control / Personal Hygiene Training
• Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overnight shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

• Our Resident Care Aides will work together with the Director of Nursing to ensure that resident care goals are being met, including providing personal care services, assistance, support and supervision to all residents.
• An individual will also demonstrate good skills in all forms of communication.
• CPR / First Aid Training.
