The CT Technologist will obtain quality diagnostic CT images for interpretation by the radiologist. They assist with clerical duties and possess knowledge of computers (RIS, PACS).
Key Accountabilities- Produces and evaluates images to assist the radiologist with timely interpretation of imaging exams and patients for treatment and plan of care.
- Adheres to image‑specific policies regarding patient safety established by Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, regulatory, and accreditation governing bodies.
- Maintains required levels of education that pertain to clinical, family, and patient‑centered care.
- Performs computed tomography imaging (CT) studies utilizing knowledge of instrumentation, ionizing radiation (special attention to low dose), cross‑sectional anatomy, along with technology and skills to produce quality CT images for interpretation by a radiologist.
- A minimum of a high school diploma, GED, certificate of completion, or equivalent achievement.
- Completion of an AMA‑approved radiologic technology program.
- Registered by the ARRT in both radiography® and computed tomography (CT). Licensure by the State of Florida Department of Health, Office of Radiation Control.
- Current Basic Life Support, AHA.
- Advanced knowledge of computer applications (RIS, PACS).
- Auditory and visual acuity to properly perform imaging tests and procedures; manual dexterity necessary to operate imaging equipment and computer applications.

StatusPart‑time Limited (24 hours per week)
Salary RangeMinimum $30.19 per hour – maximum $48.30 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
