This is a full-time, on-site role for a Town / City Clerk. The Town Clerk will be responsible for overseeing municipal records management, preparing official documents, coordinating local government services, and managing election processes. Additional responsibilities include facilitating communication between town officials and residents, ensuring compliance with public administration policies, and providing support for town meetings and events.
SALARY $70,000 - $90,000
Qualifications- Knowledge and experience in Elections and Records Management
- Understanding of Local Government operations and Public Administration practices
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with officials, staff, and residents
- Ability to organize and manage documentation, records, and official correspondences effectively
- Experience in working collaboratively with government entities and communities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using office software and tools for administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred
