Responsibilities- Act as the day‑to‑day client contact for services relating to Treasury Products.
- Onboard and train commercial clients with Treasury products such as Online banking with wires, Remote Deposit Capture, Bill Pay, and other products as assigned.
- Provide first‑level support to internal and external customers for all Treasury Management and business clients, assisting with routine needs such as system functionality questions, moderate technical issue resolution, billing issues, and other general banking needs.
- Ensure appropriate Treasury Management documents and agreements are properly completed and executed prior to implementation.
- Provide excellent customer service to support and solve internal and external customer issues.
- Proactively time‑manage internal and external customer expectations in communication and response to processing requests, instructions, inquiries, issues, voicemails, and emails to help maintain relationships.
- Track reported issues for consolidation and potential process or system change.
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
- Assist Treasury Management Excellence Center Manager and Team Leads with projects, activities and tasks.
- Prepare reports daily, monthly, quarterly and as needed.
- Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Office applications and e‑mail.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow.
- Strong problem‑solving skills to identify issues, determine solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Basic understanding of the company’s products and services, and the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
- High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years related customer service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with related banking experience.
