Budget Assistant; Security Clearance

Position: Budget Assistant (5514) with Security Clearance
OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Budget Assistant in Saint Petersburg, FL.

Position Responsibilities:

* Monitor and analyze budget information across financial systems.
* Perform budget queries, download reports, and track commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
* Monitor and report variances between allocations and obligations.
* Input budgetary and accounting data into financial systems.
* Collect, input, and analyze data from cross‑automated financial applications, spreadsheets, and databases.
* Reconcile budget execution data with accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
* Develop reports and tracking systems for monitoring expenditures and appropriated funding.
* Review financial documents for proper accounting classification and assist with cost adjustments and projections.
* Provide administrative and budget support to the Administrative Officer, Budget Analyst, and budget team members.

Position Requirements :

* Minimum Education:

High School Diploma
* Minimum Relevant

Experience:

2 years
