Client Onboarding Manager (Supporting Financial Advisors) to work on Contract role, 12+ Months (Role has high Potential to extend OR Convert Full-time) (Hybrid Role (Onsite 3 days per week) e, FL 33716) with a Financial Direct Client = only on W2 for US Citizen or Green Card Holders.

Direct experience supporting financial advisors through the transition of a book of business
End-to-end advisor onboarding experience
, including:
- Advisor and client coordination
- Account transfers, documentation, and paperwork
- Partnering with back-office and client engagement teams
Background in project management and/or back-office operations supporting financial advisors
Proven experience working closely with advisors (not acting as an advisor, trader, or portfolio manager)
Strong job stability with consistent tenure, demonstrating reliability and long‑term commitment
Experience focused on advisor transition and onboarding
, rather than fintech, platform‑only, or vendor‑side support roles
- This team is managing the advisors in their division (RSA) to either custody with Our Financial Client. Work with RIA's (registered Investment Advisor) and independent broker dealers.
- Project manages the transition.
- Typically, would be a lot of calls. Like if they have onboarding issues or issues opening accounts, AML questions.
- Acts as primary point of contact during onboarding to the platform.
- Timings- at least 8 months, potentially converting to fulltime.
- Someone who has worked with RA's (Registered advisors)- that would be great fit. (From LPL or Schwab)
- Certifications- not must
- If have worked with more project Management, that would be ideal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed.
